Healthy, nutritious, simple and easy to make from scratch.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 cups vegetable broth low-sodium
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper ground
  • 1/8 tsp himalayan pink salt
  • 2 tbs moringa
Instructions
  1. heat oil in large pot over medium heat.  Add the onion, reduce heat to low and cover the pot.

  2. let the onion sweat for 5 to 7 minutes until it is soft but not browned. 

  3. Add the garlic, broth and broccoli and bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes

  4. remove from heat and let cool slightly, add the pepper and salt.  Place in a high speed blender and puree

  5. return to the pot and simmer until heated
