Ingredients
  • 3 medium carrots - diced
  • 1 large beet - peeled and diced
  • 1/4 head cauliflower - diced
  • 1/4 head broccoli - diced
  • 1 medium zucchini - diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 3 tbs coconut oil
  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 3 tbs amino acids can use soy sauce
  • 1 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbs moringa
Instructions
  1. heat coconut oil and add in carrots, beet, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini and cook until desired softness

  2. put in the rest of the ingredients and still well

  3. simmer for 10 minutes

  4. serve and enjoy --- you can add more amino acids or soy sauce for your liking
