Cancer fighting, heart health, arthritis fighting stir fry is a LONG name for a recipe, but I have your attention now, don’t I?
When we eat all those processed, prepackaged foods we’re not healing our bodies at all. That’s one reason cancer is increasing as well as heart disease and arthritis. When you put junk in your body, it turns to junk. This is an easy recipe to make and is filled with body healing, anti-inflammatory, cancer fighting ingredients. Let food be your medicine and take control of your health.
- 3 medium carrots - diced
- 1 large beet - peeled and diced
- 1/4 head cauliflower - diced
- 1/4 head broccoli - diced
- 1 medium zucchini - diced
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 3 tbs coconut oil
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 3 tbs amino acids can use soy sauce
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbs moringa
heat coconut oil and add in carrots, beet, broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini and cook until desired softness
put in the rest of the ingredients and still well
simmer for 10 minutes
serve and enjoy --- you can add more amino acids or soy sauce for your liking
