Chocolate Chia Pudding
Chocolate Chia pudding is a great way to add chia to your diet. Chia Seeds are rich in antioxidants, provide fiber, iron and calcium and are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.

mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar
once well combined let sit for a minimum of 5 minutes then stir again to make sure chia seeds are not stuck together in clumps
let set for 1-2 hours or longer
