Chocolate Chia Pudding

Chocolate Chia pudding is a great way to add chia to your diet. Chia Seeds are rich in antioxidants, provide fiber, iron and calcium and are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids.  Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol, the “good” cholesterol that protects against heart attack and stroke.

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Calories: 1347 kcal
Ingredients
  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk can use other milks
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or sweetener of your choice
  • 3 tbsp raw cocoa add more to taste
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredients together in a bowl or jar

  2. once well combined let sit for a minimum of 5 minutes then stir again to make sure chia seeds are not stuck together in clumps

  3. let set for 1-2 hours or longer
