Garbanzo Bean (Chickpea) Flour

  • 1 bag Garbanzo Bean Flour
  1. To make it easier to handle put 1/2 the bag in the food processor OR high speed blender.
  2. Grind until a fine powder - then in small batches SIFT the flour
  3. When you are left with hard pieces after each small batch, use a coffee grinder to regrind
  4. Keep doing each step until you end up with all the dry beans ground up into a fine powder
  5. Put in an airtight container and refrigerate
