Garbanzo Bean Gravy
Take a can (or better yet cook fresh) garbanzo beans, add blender and WOW!! Pour on top of steamed veggies OR on top of rice for either a side dish OR even a main course
Course: Side Dish
Calories: 18 kcal
Ingredients
  • 1 16 oz. can garbanzo beans
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Heat up or cook garbanzo beans
  2. Once heated strain out about 1/2 of the garbanzos (SAVE THE LIQUID)
  3. Put liquid and the remaining garbanzos in a blender and puree them
  4. Add the remaining garbanzos to the mixture and reheat if needed
  5. Serve on top of rice or steamed veggies
