Mango Chia Pudding
I’m always looking for pudding ideas and while shopping at the farmers market, Ed asked if I’d want to try to make some mango chia pudding. I said why not. Simply 3 ingredients and no sugar added. Sweet, delicious and nutritious. A great way to add chia to your diet. You can substitute any fruit in place of mango so this recipe has unlimited potential. Most fruit is sweet enough so you probably won’t have to add any sugar. IF you do, add to taste.

Fresh pureed mango with chia makes a healthy and nutritious no sugar pudding.
cut up the mangos and puree them
add enough water to make it all total 2 cups of liquid
add 6 tbsp of chia seeds and mix well
put in refrigerator and let set
