How to eat Papaya seeds
Raw, scooped directly from the fruit.
Grind them up with mortar and pestle and keep in a jar in the fridge for no more than a week.
DRY THEM then grind them into a powder.
Use a tablespoon in your soups, salad dressings, smoothies or anything else.
Start off with 1 tablespoon a day and gradually work up to 2. Pregnant women and woman who are breastfeeding should NOT consume papaya seeds. Also avoid giving to children.
