Ingredients
  • 2 cups unsalted shelled peanuts
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1-3 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Roast Nuts if not already roasted.

  2. Heat Oven to 350 degrees F add the nuts to a baking sheet.

  3. Roast for 3 minutes or until lightly browned and smell nutty (careful, they can burn quickly.

  4. Cool until you can handle them


Crunchy Peanut Butter
  1. Add 1/3 cup to food processor and pulse a few times until the peanuts are in small pieces.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and reserve for later


Basic Peanut Butter
  1. Add peanuts to for processor.  Process for 1 minute then scrape sides of bowl or container.  Process a few more minutes until the peanut butter is shiny and smooth.

  2. Add your desired amount of salt (I do not use any) and add honey then process until well combined.

  3. Check consistency, if too thick add some oil, 1 teaspoon at a time until you are happy with the consistency.

  4. For crunchy peanut butter STIR IN the reserved peanuts
