Ingredients
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 2 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Mix rice flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Beat in milk until mixture has a smooth consistency
  3. add the beaten egg and oil and mix until just blended
  4. add a little oil to the griddle and cook on medium heat turning only once
