Make it yourself cooked OR raw tomato ketchup. Better than store bought. What can be better than making your very own ketchup. No chemicals, additives or preservatives.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed tomatoes canned or crush yourself
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
  1. combine all the ingredients in blender (I use my VitaMix)

  2. Pour into a saucepan bring to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes

  3. OR for raw --- don't cook
