Ingredients
  • 2 cups cubed potato
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 4 tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup unsweet almond milk
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked OR regular paprika
  • 4 tsp mustard Dijon OR Brown work well
  • 1 tsp low sodium soy sauce OR tamarind OR Braggs amino acids
Instructions
  1. Cook potato and carrot, drain and put in food processor

  2. add other ingredients and process until smooth

  3. serve over veggies, potato, rice or pasta for healthy meatless meal
