Many of you are wondering what is “chick pea” water.  Go to your pantry and take out your can of garbanzo beans.  The liquid inside is known as chick pea water.  Other recipes will also call it Aquafaba, so do not be confused.  It’s a healthier alternative to using eggs in many recipes.  Use a low sodium brand to cut back on unnecessary salt.  If you tried this recipe, please rate it for us and leave a comment.  It will help others to use this recipe themselves.
